FAMILY HOUSE

This vacation house is designed at a very small plot that is close to the sea.
Due to the the absece of front garden and the sea view it has been decided to organize the common uses as living room, kitchen etc upstairs. This allows to have all the terrace roof for summer nights. A small garden is created next to the kitchen. Bedrooms are located downstairs close the earth so as to be less noisy and have better climate conditions.
