Palaio Faliro, Attica

An office building with sea view towards the West. Solar protection and sea view were achieved by the construction of a solar shield keeping the heavy thermal conditions in distance from the interior, offering pleasant stay and minimizing energy consumption.

Pebbles at the entrance are reminders of the beach that used to be in this area, the beach of the Phaleron baths of the early 20thc.
