MODERN RESIDENCE

The house has been designed for a young family with three kids. The main wish was to create a house with large garden.
We created an eco friendly house with a pool and an abundant garden. For that reason the house extends mainly on the ground floor.  A home office at the upper level offers access to a vivid roof garden plenty of flowers, even trees giving back the land that the building has  occupied. Thus, the house even if it is situated in a flat plot it gains a marvelous view  over the area and the sunset of Attica.
