PROTECTION & PRESENTATION OF BASILICA’S MOSAICS

The shelter for the protection of the magnificent mosaics of Eleftherna’s Basilica has been designed so as to allow the visit of the monument without harming its mosaics. The general form of the shelter reminds the section of the church by creating skylights over the central area along with the church. We suggested suspended footpaths that will bring visitors close to the mosaics.
